A paper whimsy, a petite garland yours to give and treat your someone special.
The garland is made from pink striped index cards and has 60 little hearts (0.5inch or 13mm) hand punched and machine stitched by me with pink and white cotton threads, and with small matching hearts to either end tie.
It comes wound on manilla shipping tag and enclosed in a glassine packet with a sweet little manilla heart tag - so easy to slip into a greeting card as a mailable small gift. The receiver can hang the garland or use it to wrap their own gift in the future.
